A ‘Sweet Talk’ success story could be anything where a person with diabetes has achieved success whether at work, school or in their personal life.  Whether taking part in a special event or adventure, topping the class at school, gaining a promotion at work, getting married, having a baby or successfully getting through a really difficult or challenging day while managing your blood glucose levels well – we want to hear it!

Nominees are asked to submit an account of how they have achieved success and overcome their diabetes in no more than 200 words.  Whether a minor or major accomplishment, any and all success stories will be welcomed.
